Ordering Process
Order to Vendor

Split, Shipped and posted
Order Requests are placed to our Vendors. This is done either a year prior as a futures order, or placed at-once or in-stock from the vendor. Typical time of an order to be confirmed and shipped can range between a week to a year depending on the make, model and distributor.
Orders are delivered, normally in large pallets. Styles can come in one large shipment at once, or are made in multiple shipments over a period of time.
Orders are now sorted by - make, style and size (Largest to smallest). Each shoe is checked for any craftsmanship defects or errors and orders are confirmed before each shoe is labeled and added to our computer database.
The size runs are then split in half between Trochu and Olds. And Old's share is then shipped off. At this time is when pictures are taken, and information is posted on our social media pages and here!
