Return Policy

We hope you're satisfied with your purchase; however, if you've become unsure of your purchase and would like to do a return, you can do the following. 

Exchanges and/or in-store credit policy

Unworn merchandise purchased at one of our locations can be returned within ten days for an exchange or in-store credit. Merchandise must be returned to the place it was purchased from within ten days, unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. All items on sale are considered "all sales final" which cannot be returned.

​In-store purchases are an "in-store credit or exchanges only" policy. Because of this, we ask that you examine your footwear and make sure you are ok with your choice of purchase before you leave the store. Returns are not allowed after ten days, except for holiday and gift occasions.

Returning online purchases (Unavailable)

For online purchases made on, you may return unworn merchandise within 28 days of the date of dispatch. You will be provided with a refund, less any shipping charges. Returned merchandise must be received at our primary location in its original packaging and condition within 28 days. Once a return is received, it may take 15 to 20 business days for your refund to be processed. All items on sale are considered "all sales final" and cannot be returned.


Online orders may be returned to our primary location for an exchange or in-store credit if accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Refunds are only available via return shipment.


To make a return shipment, you will need to access your order within your account.  Please re-package your items as they were received in the original box, fill in the reason for the return on the back of your delivery note, seal the package and stick your returns label on the outside of the box. 


The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back with us, and we cannot refund your postage costs for the return.
